Mangamaunu is a top-rated, right-hand point break with a stone/boulder beach. The wave can peel off for several hundred meters giving an incredible ride. There are three main hollow/fast sections, known as Outsides-Middles-Insides, with fatter sections found in between each. Mangamaunu is best with a bit of size, from 2-6ft. When it gets bigger, a rip can form, sucking out around the point, pulling you out of the line-up. Best for intermediate to expect riders.
