Raglan Bar
Raglan Bar is a bar/beach break at the mouth of the Raglan Harbour. The wave offers both right and left handers, and can get hollow barrels, or fun fast waves when smaller. The wave is changable depending on sand movement and currents. Best on a lower, incoming tide. Good for intermediate to expert surfers.

From Hamilton head west on Whatawhata Road State Highway 23, all the way to Raglan. In Raglan you will enter on Main Road, which then turns into Bow Street. Continue to the first roundabout and turn left onto Bankart Street, then turn left at the next roundabout onto Wainui Road. Continue on Wainui Road a little then turn right onto Riria Kereopa memorial Drive. Find a park at the end of the road and walk out onto the beach at the river mouth.
