Longbeach Drive is a beach break on a sandy beach, located a short distance past the Castle Cliff Golf Course. There are several peaks along the beach to choose from with both left and right handers. The wave is punchy and fun. Suitable for surfers of all levels.

Directions
From Wanganui turn off the main road Carlton Ave, State Highway 3 onto Alma Road heading west. Continue onto York Street, and onto Puriri Street. Continue onto Cross Street, then turn right onto Bryce Street, then right onto Cornfoot Street, then all the way to the end and turn left onto Waitote Street, then right onto Karaka Street. Continue onto Longbeach Drive, all the way to the end of road.
