Pukehina beach is a beach break on a sandy beach, located south of Tauranga. There are several peaks along the beach to choose from, with both right and left handers. The wave is punchy and fun. Suitable for all levels of surfer.

From Tauranga City, head south east on Mt Maunganui Road, onto State Highway 2. near the papamoa turn off, veer right onto Tauranga East Road, State Highway 2, heading south. Continue through Te Puke, then turn left to stay on State Highway 2. Turn left onto Pukehina Beach road, down to the beach. You can surf anywhere along this stretch of coast, so find a good peak to yourself.
