Stony Bay
Stony Bay is a beach break along several bays with various banks, located just north of the Tora River. Stony Bay offers both right and left handers with the choice of several peaks, and Picks up good swell. The wave is punchy and fun, good for all levels of surfer.

Directions
From Martinborough head south on Jellicoe Street, then turn left onto White Rock Road. Then turn left onto Tora Road. The road will turn to gravel and follow the Tora River to the coast. When you get near the coast, turn left onto Te Awaiti Road, and take this along past Tora Point, to the next stony Bays. Here you will find several peaks to choose from.
