Seconds is a quality right hand point break off the rocks on the point, onto a rocky/stoney beach. Its a quality wave with a fast drop in, powerful wall or barrel sections that peel along providing nice long rides. Well worth the trip out. The wave handles big swell. This can be a serious wave when big, experts only.

Directions
From Featherston drive east on Revans Street out of town on State Highway 53, then turn right to continue on State Highway 53 to Martinborough. At Martinborough turn right at the main square onto Jellicoe Street. Just out of town turn left onto White Rock Road. Continue all the way out to the coast, past White Rock, to the end of the road. Continue on the 4wd track to the deer stalkers hut and find Seconds. Seconds is the right hand point break out in front of the deer stalkers hut.
From Wellington take State Highway 2 north, out throught Upper Hutt, along to Featherston. Then follow directions from Featherston. Approx 180mins from Wellington to Seconds.
From Masterton take State Highway 2 south, through Carterton and Greytown, along to Featherston. Then follow directions from Featherston. Approx 150mins from Masterton to Seconds.
