Jimmy Armers is a beach break on a stoney/rocky beach, located along the esplanade from Kaikoura township, near the end before the seal colony. Its a small beach with a couple of peaks, producing both right and left handers. The wave is fat but wally, good fun. Good for intermediate to expert surfers.

From Kaikoura head east along the Esplande from the shopping center. Go just past the old wharf and find Jimmy Armers beach, just before the seal colony at the end of the road.
