Spencerville
Spencerville is a beach break on a sandy beach, located south of the Waimakariri River, north of Christchurch. There are several peaks to choose from along the beach with both right and left handers. The wave is punchy and fun. Good for all levels of surfer.

Spencerville is located south of the Waimakariri River, north of Christchurch.
From Christchurch City head north on Fitzgerald Avenue, then straight onto Whitmore Street, and onto Hills Road. Continue round onto Akaroa Street and Briggs Road, then turn left onto Marshland Road, heading out of town. Turn right onto Lower Styx Road (Sign posted to Spencer Park). At Spencerville turn right onto Heyders Road, and continue down to the surf club and the beach.
