Belt Road
Belt Road is a left hand point break onto a sandy/rocky beach, located along New Plymouths coastal walkway. The wave is normally fat and sectiony with really long rides. Good mal wave. On rare occasions it can get good with grinding barrels all the way through. Belt Road needs a good size swell to get it working. Is a bit of paddle out. Suitable for intermediate to expert surfers. Know the rules and respect the locals.
