Description:

Fitzroy beach offers a really good beach break and when offshore can create some excellent barrels, very hollow with some gnarly drop ins. Best on a higher tide. The waves can be a bit smaller down the east end of the beach, depending on the swell. When big leave it too the advanced riders, but when smaller its good for all levels. It can get a little crowded on a good summers day, so watch out for swimmers, know the rules and respect the locals.
