Description: 

Boulters Bay is a small bay with both a right and a left point break, one at either side of the bay, onto a sandy/rocky beach. Boulters Bay is located along New Plymouths coastal walkway and is also known as Boulder Bay. The left hander is along the western side of the bay and the right hander is along the eastern side of the bay. the left hander is usually bigger and better. the wave is generally fat, a good mal wave or good for beginners. Suitable for all surfers. Know the rules and respect the locals.
