Waipu Cove
Waipu Cove is a beach break on a sandy beach, with a right hander off the rocks at the southern end of the beach. There are several peaks down the beach with left and right handers. The right hand point is a nice easy wave which goes through to a sucky shorey. The right hand point is best on a east or big south east swell. Waipu Cove is a little sheltered from the south east swells. Good for all levels of surfer.
