Aranga Beach is a beach break on a sandy beach, located at Aranga, West of Whangarei. There are several peaks along the beach to choose from with both right and left handers. The wave is punchy and fun. Good for all levels of surfer.

Aranga Beach is located at Aranga, West of Whangarei on the west coast of Northland.
From Whangarei head west on Maunu Road, State Highway 14, out of Whangarei. Continue straight onto State Highway 12 into Dargaville. Go through Dargaville on Jervois Street, onto River Road, then turn right onto Murdoch Street, State Highway 12. Up the coast turn left onto Aranga Coast Road out to Aranga beach.
