Scott Point
Scott Point is a beach break on a sandy beach, located south west of Cape Reinga, on the west coast of North Cape. There are several peaks to choose from along the beach with both right and left handers. The wave is punchy and fun. Good for all levels of surfer.

Scott Point is located south west of Cape Reinga, on the west coast of North Cape, New Zealand.
From Kaitaia travel north on State Highway 1, all the way to Te paki. At Te Paki turn left onto Te Paki Stream Road, and take this is far as you can. From here its a walk down to the beach and north up the beach to the point.
Alternatively you can drive out to The Bluff, onto Ninety Mile Beach and drive up the beach past Te Paki to Scott Point, at the north end of the beach, careful can be dangerous and tidal.
